In this new position I deal with all new construction projects. I meet with builders and do site visits after there product has been delivered and installed to ensure that product has been properly installed. I conduct product installation training classes for all new builders that are not familiar with the Pella product. I also trouble shoot product issues that builders may have to determine if it is a product issues or an installation issue.

My Job as the field supervisor was to over see all of our service techs. Make sure that they have all of the parts that they will need for there work week. Have weekly meetings to go over issues that they had to deal with in the field. I also handled any ongoing issues with customers that did not have the problems resolved by the tech. I trained any new techs that may have joined the team. I was the go to guy for any service issues that couldn't be resolved.

Set up Call center to help generate leads, apply for job permits in various towns, meet with inspectors to go over job site, order supplys for jobs, over see jobs to make sure that customer is satisfied
