About Thomas Murphy

As a civil litigator, I have tried more than eighty personal injury cases in the courts of Nassau and Suffolk counties and all five boroughs of New York City. I have worked for both plaintiffs and defendants. In addition to litigation related to motor vehicle accidents, I have litigated premises cases, products liability cases and intentional torts including assault, fraud and defamation. I have assisted other attorneys in medical malpractice litigation. My results at trial and appellate practice have been overwhelmingly positive for his clients.I was a member of several litigation teams conducting discovery and trial preparation related to various complex litigations.I play several musical instruments including guitar, banjo, mandolin and ukulele. I collect and restore antique instruments.
