As of 8/21/22, I had worked at Dibella's Old Fashioned Submarines for almost 4 years and worked my way up the ladder to my final position as an Assistant Manager. I had taken advantage of company training and earned my ServSafe Certification. After my time at Dibella's I left in good standing and moved to what was then Aetna but later was acquired by CVS Health. There I was instructed how to process a multitude of claim types on Aetna's old application manager called Rumba. I quickly took on new roles and volunteered for different challenges until I was selected to be one of the first processors to learn the new processing portal, HealthEdge. Most recently, I have been involved with special projects in order to streamline processing results and clean up stagnant inventory. I also have found the time to study and obtain my Associates Degree in Business Management, and most recently my Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Technology. I am looking to find opportunities outside of my current station while continuing my education in the field of business and information technology. My goal is to find an analyst role to continue elevating my professional career while simultaneously utilizing the skills I have most recently attained during my education. I have recently begun seeking further education through Coursea.org. Currently I am working on the IBM Data Science Professional Certificate.
