Experience within EASA Part 145 MRO as component mechanic, Release to Service and Quality Control supervisor.As Quality control Supervisor I was functional responsible for Release to Service staff and supported management to ensure compliance with our MOE and applicable regulations within the Cabin & Emergency department in cooperation with Quality assurance. I have participated in several audits with e.g. Danish CAA, FAA, DOT and handled the department internal and external findings and occurrence reports, analyzing reasons for findings, addressing them to responsible personnel and assuring corrective and preventive actions to be performed within required timeframe. As component mechanic in SAS, St. Aerospace and Dao Aviation I performed maintenance, inspection and release to service on various components within EASA C-Ratings C1, C5, C6, C7, C15 and C18.14 years as hydrostatic re-tester of Slide- and Oxygen bottles and Engine/Cargo Fire Extinguishers acc. to applicable CMM and DOT CFR Title 49. In DAO Aviation I was hired to setup a Galiso-system for re-testing cylinders and to ensure proper training to colleagues and develop procedures and processes.As Non-Compliance Quality Coordinater in Satair I handle Supplier Discrepancies Reports and Customer Complaint Reports to ensure applicable regulations and Satair policies and processes are respected, and performing certification of POA parts for Safran Nacelles A340 and Airbus Canada A220.
