About Thomas Pfisterer

Als Filialbanker bei der Deutschen Bank gestartet, haben mich die Veränderungen in der "Post-Schneider" Zeit in den Bereich Zahlungsverkehr geführt.Hier war ich für 10 Jahre in dem Unternehmensteil der Deutschen Bank tätig, der später in die easycash GmbH ausgegliedert wurde. Als nächsten Karriereschritt habe ich dann bei Mastercard Europe als "Customer Delivery Manager" begonnen. Dies ist eine Projekt Manager Funktion in der man in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams von Mastercard und technischen Partnern beim Kunden alle Tätigkeiten verrichtet, die zum Launch eines neuen Produkts (z.B. Apple Pay, Google Pay oder ähnliches) notwendig sind.Seit 5 Jahren leitete ich das Team für Deutschland und die Schweiz und seit 2022 bin ich mit meinem Team von 15 Mitarbeitern für die Central Europe Division verantwortlich
