Review and manage all new and current eContent products to ensure they are correctly set up and maintained on multiple internal systems. Proactively work with publishers to ensure their most current content is received and updated on OvidSP. Develop content acquisition reports by analyzing multiple vendor feeds to allow company to continue to provide access to the top books, journals, databases, and emerging content products available. Manage external relationships and electronic content agreements with publishers and information providers to ensure all terms are followed. Create specialized communications to detail licensing terms from agreements that is used by multiple departments within the company. Work with vendors to ensure that monthly data feeds are received and correctly loaded and information is displayed correctly for internal and external use. Assist with the creation and review of licensing agreements to ensure they are in proper order.

Reported directly to the CEO, managed a large multifunctional team and provide effective leadership and direction to multiple sites and team members in order to ensure the delivery of efficient and timely services. My responsibilities cover Operational Excellence, Library Management, and Reprint coordination.
