At Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute (FCS), I help manage the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes for the largest privately-owned oncology/hematology practice in the United States. I help oversee a team of sixteen staff members overseas and ensure timely and accurate payment disbursement and reconciliation of over 2 billion dollars annually. I am proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and Google Spreadsheets, which I use for data analysis and collaborative work. I also have strong communication and customer service skills, which I leverage to resolve payment discrepancies and provide assistance to patients and insurance companies. Additionally, I have experience in preparing and analyzing balance sheets to assess the financial health of the organization and identify areas for improvement. My goal is to contribute to the mission and vision of FCS by providing efficient and effective cash management and administrative support.
