Created and executed event operations plans including the staffing requirements for all front of house/guest services and medical services for over 430 events annually, ensuring the highest level of guest service within a secure and safe environment, for guests and employees during all events and public functions at MSG Arena and Hulu Theater. Responsible for the overall management of events at Madison Square Garden and The Theater at MSG, which collectively host approximately 400 events annually. Responsibilities include training, assigning and directing an event staff of over 600 employees.

Was responsible for supervising all front of house staff at MSG. Dealt directly with guests to resolve and security of guest service issues. Completed all medical, incident and ejection reports as necessary.

Was responsible for operation of busy event services office during Madison Square Garden events. I was the "base" for a internal radio communications between departments. Also provided administrative support to event manager, generating payroll and flash report for company wide distribution.
