I am Thomas Rose, a hard-working, determined person with a great ambition to succeed within the education sector.At this moment I am a ICT and Computing head of department at Ysgol Gyfun Gwynllyw. I have also had experience as a substitute teacher at Ysgol Gyfun Cwm Rhymni, with particular experiences within the Technology and Art departments. I had the privilege of planning and taking DT, textiles, Art, ICT and Catering lessons. One of my biggest achievements to date was being chosen (from all of Wales) to join a charity venture with Urdd Gobaith Cymru (the Welsh League of Youth) to Patagonia, a region of Argentina colonised by Welsh people 150 years ago. We helped to refurbish an old school, and I was able to use my language ability (as a native Welsh speaker) to teach young children.Sport is a very big part of my life. I pride myself on a good work ethic and inter-personal skills.
