I assist in the assignments of work to technical personnel, ensuring that development and deployment is done in the best practices. I assist in tracking numerous defects monthly and the smooth transition of processing those defect through the steps of repair, testing and re-integration. I ensure the staff maintains a professional rapport with NYSDOH partners conveying in a timely manner the reason, status of testing and repair for all defects. I also facilitate proof of concept and design conferences resulting in the delivery of new initiatives to NYS Health exchange.

I. 2017 – 2011 Capacity Planner Midrange Server performance analysis / resource consumption and availability release As a Capacity Planner the following is a partial list of my responsibilities:• The review of approximately 35 AITs on a monthly basis• The on-boarding new AITs into our CMIS environment,• The loading of new transactional data from the AITs we currently monitor. • Creating new tables, views, stored procedures & functions• Creating new SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages• Writing procedures and documentation for the environment.• Creating capacity studies for applications migrating from Deprecated hardware to replacement hardware or VM Hosted • Participating on Migration planning and Project conference calls As one of two capacity planners that designed the CMIS environment for CCVFT (Contact Center Voice & Fraud Technology), I was responsible for the maintenance of the MS SQL database, Reporting Services and SSIS packages. The SSIS packages were used to obtain and load various types of data (Splunk, DNT Performance and DNT workload, transactional). Reporting Services generated automated hardware report depicting the current usage, reservation and forecast for the next 12 months.Extremely familiar with DNT structures, tools, and data, Introscope, Splunk and to a limited extent Cirba in assessing the current capacity while migrating from hardware to VM Hosted environment. II. 2011 – 2006 Tandem Systems Analyst, Triage, operational support, performance and capacity planning of the Tandem NonStop servers. The five NonStop platforms supported over 16,000 ATMs across the entire U.S. with a fully configured reduntant Disaster Recovery platform including real time transaction journaling. Obtained a Green Belt Six Sigma.
