Co-Manage the Washington, DC Commercial Real Estate office including management oversight for a $3 billion loan portfolio. The portfolio is diversified by product type (office, multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use, land), facility type (construction, term, bridge, perm, lines of credit, etc.) and loan structure (recourse/non-recourse; secured vs. unsecured; mezzanine financing). Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients as well as managing a team of relationship managers responsible for new loan origination, portfolio management and regulatory compliance.
