• Led almost 300 personnel from five major command organizations in the employment of 19 C-130 airlift and 3 EC-130H Compass Call electronic warfare aircraft in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. • Standardized procedures, unified policy, and created alignment of personnel and equipment across the unit. Piloted 23 combat missions. • Efforts led to the accomplishment of over 5,600 combat sorties delivering 148,000 personnel and 3,500 tons of materiel and 200 electronic attack missions in support of troops in combat.• Piloted 23 combat missions.

• Directed the worldwide operational, readiness, and training activities of a diverse 195-member squadron comprised of comprised of air crew, aeromedical, intelligence, IT, communications, and maintenance teams to provide mission planning and command and control capabilities supporting deployed airlift and refueling tanker aircraft operations. • Provided the capability to stand up an independent Air Mobility Division (AMD) to plan and execute airlift and air refueling missions in support of Air Operations Center (AOC) activities. • Deployed IT communications personnel and equipment to provide data, network, and voice capabilities in austere locations. • Developed new training and scenario simulation programs which reduced costs by leveraging remote command and control IT systems.

• Advised Pacific Air Forces (PACAF) senior executives on all United States Air Force theater force structure issues. Analyzed Air Force-wide programs/initiatives to ensure logistics sustainment, resource prioritization, and basing assignment of aircraft and other capabilities in the Pacific Theater. • Planned and implemented the visit of the 30+ senior executive member Air Force Board to 4 Numbered Air Forces and 7 air wings throughout the Pacific theater; effort critical to advocating for PACAF resource requirements in the Air Force budgeting process. • Deployed in support of Operation IRAQI FREEDOM as part of the Combined Forces Air Component Commander's staff at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar; served at the US Embassy in Doha, Qatar as a liaison to Qatari General Headquarters to coordinate diplomatic clearances for use of Qatari air space and facilities.

• Led senior executive operational and planning projects for the 4-star general Commander, Pacific Air Forces (COMPACAF). • Conducted major command-level research and analysis, developed command policy and positions, and implemented courses of action supporting COMPACAF’s strategic direction. • Served as COMPACAF's speechwriter, communicating his vision to audiences ranging from senior executives to line personnel. • Gained direct insight into senior leader decision making at the strategic level.

• Fully mission capable C-130 Aircraft Commander/Instructor/Evaluator/Functional Check Flight Pilot and Mission Commander at multiple locations: Little Rock Air Force Base, AR (2x) and Yokota Air Base, Japan. • Instructed pipeline undergraduate student pilots, upgrading aircraft commanders, and requalification pilots in the tactical C-130 airland and airdrop missions, to include adverse weather and Night Vision Goggle operations. • Acted as central scheduler of C-130 operations and maintenance to ensure the completion of student training and the execution of a 12,000 hour flying program. • As Chief, Wing Operations Plans, responsible for all wing operational plans (OPLANs), concept plans (CONPLANs), and functional plans (FUNCPLANS). Acted as Battle Staff/Crisis Action Team Executive Officer for the wing commander. • As flight commander, responsible for leading, managing, training, and combat readiness of 52 C-130 aircrew members. Acted as Mission Commander for multiple high level joint exercises. • Conducted worldwide airlift and airdrop missions, including multiple combat, contingency, and humanitarian relief operations: Sea Signal (Guantanamo Bay), Provide Promise (Bosnia-Herzegovina), Joint Endeavor (Bosnia-Herzegovina), and Hurricane Marilyn relief efforts (Caribbean).
