CurrentResponsible for managing and maintaining a mix of over 14,000 Windows, MacOS, ChromeOS, and iOS devices. Utilizes remote tools such as Powershell, RDP, Cisco Unity, Cisco Unified CM, Jabber, and SCCM Configuration Manager to diagnose and resolve issues; whilst deploying and managing a wide variety of tools throughout the environment.Responsible for the upkeep and oversight of the district’s synced AD and GSuite environments. Tasked with the in person technical service of the School District including the district’s headquarters and the offices of the Superintendent and all of the district’s C-Levels. Responsible for handling any and all issues addressed to the department either by phone, email, or through the ticketing system. Being sure to thoroughly document and annotate any actions taken and resolutions made. Responsible for the hardware repair of HP Chromebooks. Aid in the upkeep of the district’s managed HP/Xerox print service.
