Long term success requires organizations to embrace constant change, frequent evolution and periodic transformation. My career has been defined by leading people in both business and government through these dynamics. I believe leadership and culture define whether organizations succeed greatly, get by marginally or fail to meet expectations. I prefer building to maintaining which is why i have had numerous opportunities across many functions and geographies to lead new challenges and initiatives. I attribute my approach to tackling new challenges from having worked for two different organizations that have been recognized as the “Best Company to Work For” and what I have learned from these experiences. Our people and our customers are always my top priority. By creating diversity within our teams, respect for the individual and clear performance expectations I have been able to consistently create success for our customers and the organizations I have led.
