Responsible for all the operations of the company including supervising safety during training, ensuring reports are submitted on time, and publishing unit training schedules. Responsible for unit maintenance, logistics, physical security, operations security, anti-terrorism, and training management. Assisted in the professional development, health, morale, and welfare of 18 instructors and their families. Maintained and monitored a unit budget of $20,000 annually.
