Over 15 years of team and middle management leadership in operations and training. Currently I work as an operations manager that supports consulting and training for 12 regional organizations. I provide 50+ employees with operation products that enables them to successfully travel and consult with our partner organizations. Previously, I was a mid-level leader in charge of over 200+ employees and 15+ instructors. I provided leadership, guidance, evaluations, and mentorship on a daily basis while overseeing safety compliance during training. Previous to that, I served as an intelligence officer in an organization with more than 300 employees. My job was to shape the operational environment for the boss and present intelligence summaries on that would affect our freedom of movement. During this time I was also held a part-time position as an adjunct instructor. I taught classes in finance, workforce leadership, and historical principles of war.
