Working in Product Delivery, my main role was to set up an effective audit process to collect linen stock records across our 180 parcs and reconcile figures with in house records as well as supplier records. The main objective was to manage stock across parcs more effectively, and ensure the season’s orders fell within the £1.2m budget. The project resulted in less wastage, and better internal stock management. It also allowed for a global overview of overall stock and its movement.I was also involved in large scale stock redistribution of company supplies across our regions in Europe. This involved liaising with area managers and regional depots to identify areas of stock surplus and shortage. This information was used to arrange the appropriate stock transfers to ensure that there were enough supplies within each region to meet customer needs.

Mainly continuing on from my position from last summer. Also, I have also been involved in the launch of a new customer feedback system which is integrated into the company website. My main role is to provide brand responses when appropriate and to address negativity so as to retain customers. Building from this, I also work with social media interactions between the brand and the customer.

I was involved in developing the financial side of this relatively young charity. Processing donations and ensuring therapists were paid were my main functions. This role required the preparation of accounts for annual audit, as well as dealing with HMRC Giftaid claims.As a charity, transparency and a strong paper trail had to be ensured.

My main role at Holidaybreak was analysing negative feedback produced from post-holiday questionnaires and pro-actively addressing the issues with customers so as to retain their business and encourage repeat bookings.
