Coordinated multi-day visits of high-level diplomatic delegations. Mobilized partner NGOs to bring over 100,000 Cambodians to court between February and July 2013. Educated up to 500 Cambodians/outreach trip on court’s role in establishing international legal norms. Exercised executive control over the monthly Court Report, the tribunal’s flagship publication. Wrote, edited U.N. press releases under intense time pressure. Updated tribunal’s Website, social media accounts to keep tribunal’s 200,000 followers informed.

Managed three-man research team from project’s preparatory phase through its completion 18 months later. Met $17,000 provisional budget with the support of small grant-makers, including the University of Oxford, the Royal Geographic Society, the Gilchrist Trust. Conducted ERB-approved survey of indigenous reconciliation mechanisms across three stateless tribes. Presented findings to academic partner institutions, including Thailand's Chiang Mai University and Payap University. Followed up with donors to fulfill obligations.
