Manage ongoing construction projects from concept to completion. Worked closely with architects and designers to design, build, sell and complete projects. Sourced materials, contractors and consultants on all projects. Responsible included:- Provide project estimating in responding to client request.- Initiating project plan and setup project account plan.- Scope clarification with client and project team.- Working with project engineer and design team during project execution phases to ensure the scope and project plan are in line with client's expectations and project goals.- Monitoring and Control of project spending, project schedule. Provide project forecast and review project invoices.- Project close out and ensure the correct process and procedure for project record retention.As part of this role, I also engage in the development of relationships with regional clients and working with business development team to expand client base.

Managing $10 Million+ projects. Keeping schedules and budget in the front of my mind. Forward thinking is critical, but also being able to focus on the daily details. Kept engineers and architects informed with weekly walk throughs and worked closely with them to correct errors or oversight. Sourcing and qualifying materials and contractors best suited to complete work within schedule and budget. Pulled all necessary permits and licenses for projects. Worked daily with superintendents and Trade partners to make sure the job moved forward with minimal conflict.
