1.Lead frontier BD team in front of National Oil Companies, Electricity Group and SOEs. Influence end-user, EPC and large state-owned bureaus. Handle and look through sales/commercial milestones from Inquiry to order intake. Explore and improve additional intelligence and influence via dealers and powerful trades.2.Buy-in and Merge external strategic partners/Enterprise, get FLOW orders and design-in/win orders.3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams. *Deliver accurate strategy and sales play into regional commercial team *Promote and track VOC with marketing team via Exhibitions/Seminar*Feedback critical Demand to product team and define NPI/Roadmap4.Maintain current market share and revenue stream in traditional dominated energy market by deep dive into pre-defined VERTICAL and timely tune business model, product portfolio solution, cost structure, internal resource, competency etc. via business case research and methodologies.5.Explore opportunities on disruptive industries (such as Digitalization, Gas, Renewable energy, new Oil and Chemical Products), prove feasibility from Inquiry to orders and Orders to Remittance. 6.Coach new hiring sales and application engineers by strategies and solutions according to APAC respective territory analyses. 7.Collect/Identify Competitors’ critical strategies and report to management team.
