Directed corporate operations, production, R&D, sales and marketing, and TQM activities of a GaN LED company in Shanghai, China. Completely converted the ancient manufacturing process into modern process by recruiting GaN experts from Taiwan in April 2008. Improved manufacturing safety within three months.Signed up high-brightness GaN process as a joint-development project with the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Science in July 2008.

Managed sales and marketing and product development efforts of semiconductor and LCD/LED related technical services and spare parts. Constructed in-house Grade 100 clean room for quality control of spare parts and modules. Coordinated and completed TSMC Fab 10 initial 5K mini line relocation project of 24 AMAT tools from Taiwan to Shanghai in 2004. Tools were up and running within one month as scheduled.
