Current-Set-up and Keep devices up to date on their software and are working properly to make businesssmooth and efficient.-Troubleshoot any problems that may appear within the system, swiftly and efficiently resolve theissues, contacting whoever necessary if not able to solve on-site.-Update other Managers and General Manager on site about updates on resolved problems with thesystem and the devices.-Be on-call if any problems were to arise while off-site. Giving technical knowledge and instructions toon-site managers to resolve the issue swiftly.
