Duties and accomplishments include but aren't limited to:• Developing and maintaining a competitive program for all officially recognized Esports teams at the University at Buffalo• Managing all club and varsity teams and their respective student leaders representing UB (approx. 20 teams over 10 games, with a total of 120 different players)• Creating, updating, and enforcing guidelines, SOPs, and varsity policies• Management of the competitive program staff• Implemented statistical analysis to track team performance• Generating reports for university administration, using presentable data to secure new facilities, equipment and funding• Actively communicating with communities and the internal committees to generate content and interest

Community Coordinator of the UB Esports Rocket League program. Duties and accomplishments include but aren't limited to:• Gauged interest for the Esports Title, Rocket League, within the University at Buffalo Esports domain • Utilized networking and outreach techniques to found an Esports club which now houses over 220 members• Hosted and engaged in weekly or biweekly events for the community and create a welcoming atmosphere for university students• Maintained a server "Buffalo Rocket League" which now has over 150 members
