-Responsible for the daily operations of the Richfield, Denver and Portland fulfillment centers of approximately 330+ team members (direct and indirect)-Responsible for the management of all regional fulfillment managers in my regions, including: Regional underwriting Managers, Closing Managers, and Processing Managers-Indirectly manager of Supervisor level-Responsible for all aspects of manufacturing a quality loan after the point of sale process through funding-Works closely with the executive leadership team on business planning, growth, performance and goals for the site-Ensures leadership team is meeting performance and goals-Works closely with retail Sales leaders to deliver on their SLA's within each retail region-Works closely with Secondary Markets team and leaders on program and product updates that affect the sites current and future pipeline

-Responsible for loan setup, underwriting, processing, closing and post-closing of conventional/non-conforming and FHA/VA loan originations-Manage staff of 250 team members supporting Military Family and Premia Joint Ventures within Wells Fargo-Achieve acceptable operations metics for cost per loan, loans closed per staff employee, customer loyalty and sales satisfaction-Lead initiatives related to quality, compliance, risk management, capacity planning and customer loyalty in an increasing complex environment-Managed mid-level supervisors/managers & nonexempt level team members-Responsible for managing the budget of the unit-Piloted the formulation and implementation of new and revised systems, policies and guidelines-Regulated implementation of practices to ensure compliance with the company's legal, investor and regulatory business policies-Directed a unit to becoming the top site in the Northeast Division with regards to cost per loan, loan closed per staff employee and customer satisfaction-Directly in charge of all regional marketing and advertising implementation of policies and procedures-Conventional and Governmental underwriting authority-Accepted the role of running a fulfillment site that was ranked 2nd to last in the company, and under my leadership, this site successfully became the #1 fulfillment site at Wells Fargo

-Engaged in processing loans, documentation, pre-closing/closing tasks and loan monitoring-Accountable for providing quality customer service to internal/external customers-Responsible for coaching, influencing, developing and managing team members including decisions relative to performance reviews, terminations, hires, discipline, salary actions, etc-Participated in strategic planning discussions for the business unit or functional area and provide recommendations regarding future direction-Significantly increased volume within the two main joint ventures partners: Edward Jones Financial and America's Mortgage Outsource Program-Planned organized and directed workflow of production and support teams-Conventional and Government underwriting authority-Maintained high level of customer service through training and coaching of staff
