Work daily with multiple different members of senior management to gauge the scope of the job needs and characteristics of the ideal candidate. Source and utilize multiple tools to locate and contact potential candidates. Screen and interview the candidates and decide which candidates should be moved on to interviews with current management for that particular line of business. As well as salary negotiation, background screening/fingerprinting/initiating the VISA process if needed.

Telecommunications company, responsible for recruiting and onboarding of professional, technical, IT, administrative and general labor new hires for all markets nationwide. Collaborated with location operations supervisors to identify the different contractual specifications of our customers and job skills necessary for successful execution of the open positions they needed filled. Human Resource contact for our Midwest location for EEOC reports, weekly leadership calls, benefits, PTO requests, reimbursements, payroll access and other duties as needed.

Urbana-Champaign, Illinois Area

Responsible for the recruitment, interviewing and on-boarding of CNAs, LPNs and RNs for Home Health Care clients at multiple locations across the Midwest. Also responsible for conducting new employee orientations and presentations, facilitating drug screens, backgrounds, E-Verify, etc. Also responsible for participating in job fairs, community reach out programs as well as working with local colleges in hiring soon to be graduating CNAs and Nurses.

Columbia, Missouri Area

Responsible for mining, interviewing, screening and placing light industrial, CSR and office candidates for 5 local offices. Including use of I-9 verification software I9 Express (E-Verify), background and drug screening, reference checking, employee orientations and customer/employee liaison for off site locations. Promoted to Supervisor status for contract employees which entailed coaching, counseling, terminations, with exposure to worker compensation and unemployment procedures. Eventually began working remotely recruiting for Kelly to help with some of the more difficult customers in different cities/states across the U.S. that are in need of assistance in high volume recruiting.
