In order to deliver the project I co-ordinated and chaired the negotiations between the proposed users and providers of the Data Mart, from both the German and UK divisions of the business. Achievements:• Helped increase the major customer base of Waterscan’s water technology systems to include ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons, which raised the number of orders and decreased the company’s dependency on its other major customers.• Raised awareness of Waterscan’s products’ capabilities and advantages by delivering CPD presentations to major architecture and construction firms. This helped to Waterscan’s systems become specified in original project designs, increasing the chance of an order and reducing the project’s complexity upon delivery.• Secured a greater percentage of large infrastructure projects (£75,000+), often via upselling and raising awareness of unrealised project potential, which delivered higher profitability for Waterscan.• Oversaw the design and tender process of the first greywater recycling installation in Abu Dhabi for Premier Inn. The successful completion of this project ensured that Waterscan could continue their working relationship with Whitbread in a region where they have aggressive expansion plans. Show less
