This position supports the campus’ technology support strategies. Including, but not limited to: computer hardware and peripherals, software, end-users, and technology infrastructure.Essential Functions: 1) Desktop/Laptop support. - This included using central management tools such as Active Directory, scripts, and SCCM - Manage and support Windows OS, application troubleshooting, hardware, peripherals - Occasional Mac computer support 2) Office 365 Administration: - Creation and maintenance of user accounts 3) Server support: - Windows server administration and maintenance 4) Active Directory and Group Policy administration 5) Basic VMware administration 6) Support Infrastructure projects as needed 7) Support secondary Rockford campusSupervisory Responsibility: This position is responsible for overseeing job responsibilities of IT Student Staff.
