Interrogating various Government and Police databasesA comprehensive understanding of the Police National Computer Database and the Scottish Criminal History System.Proficiency in the Disclosure Scotland Workflow in-house software.Responsible for liaising with British Police forces in order to process additional information on applicants.Involved in additional projects such as: o Active participant in the Continuous Improvement Group, responsible for recommending changes to improve working processes, reporting directly to the Quality/Training Manager. o Also involved with the improvement to the application pack instructions to reduce the error rate in applications.

Accurately and quickly taking guest food and drink orders.Providing a friendly and welcoming environment for guests.Responsible of preparing the restaurant for service.
