Thomas Campbell is a senior supervisor and back-office engineer for DICE Resources. DICE Resources supports several companies owned by the Dice family including DICE Corporation and IPtelX. He began with DICE Corporation in 1994 and has helped develop many of the accounting related software modules. Since 2017, he has been instrumental in the transition to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central product and is continuing with the integration of several more Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. His work with IPtelX started in 2013 to build the process to generate billing for the provided telecom and internet services. This has expanded to developing engines for low-cost routing and processing millions of phone numbers to aid in call routing and billing procedures.Thom's knowledge of the DICE software and years of experience allows him to communicate effectively with clients. Whether assisting clients in understanding software capabilities, generating project scopes for modifications to the software, or reviewing challenges with the system and working them through to a resolution, Thom is always available to help.When away from work, Thom enjoys a good game night with friends (board games, card games, or video games) as well as racing remote control vehicles.
