Being a former software developer and architect, I can speak custom application development and relate to software developers. These days, I enjoy working with my teams, and connecting them to business partners. I'm a fluent in agile/scrum but am most interested in building effective team culture and so that individuals can be effective.Moving from Paylocity has taken my career in an exciting new direction. Leaving consulting has afforded the opportunity to take my teams beyond "forming" and "storming" stages. SaaS, Continuous Delivery, and sustainable component architecture are areas of new focus.
