I provided administrative and clinical support for a veterinarian office. My clinical duties included procedures such as restraint, blood draws, and other lab tests to assist the vets in caring for the animals. I also managed client communications, scheduled appointments, and ensured that we had optimal inventory to meet demand while controlling costs. I was the point of contact between the vets and clients, conveying the information to pet owners.

I maintained the operational integrity for the day care, boarding, and grooming facility. I developed trusting relationships with the clients/pet owners, while ensuring the welfare and well-being of the animals. I reached out to the community and partner networks to hold community events.
