My team and I are responsible for implementing LinkedIn’s Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging strategy, which is central to both LinkedIn’s business success and our pursuit of LinkedIn’s vision to create economic opportunity for every member of the global workforce. Focus areas include:• Partnering with Talent Acquisition and Inclusion Recruiting teams to hire diverse talent• Growing and retaining our people• Building culturally agile managers, and empowering leaders to build teams where people from all backgrounds reach their full potential• Communicating our strategy internally and externally, and tracking program impact• Positioning LinkedIn as a thought partner in the broader tech spaceReport to Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging.
