IBT is the market share leader in the greater Rockford area with strong ties to our community. I specialize in helping owner managed businesses grow, acquire, and plan the succession for their business with a primary emphasis in C&I, Commercial Real Estate, Medical, and Not-For-Profit organizations. Previously, I had the privilege of serving as President & CEO of Rockford Bank and Trust company, a community bank I co-founded as a DeNovo in 2005. The experience provided me a unique appreciation for growing a business, building a team, and the value of strong client relationships.I'm a golf nut and have enjoyed the game for years and have found it to be a great relationship tool. Always looking for a game! I also love the north woods of Wisconsin and enjoy the challenge of Musky and Walleye fishing.
