• Pushed MEMs production to meet elevated goals during a critical time of the year.

• Continuous execution of Honeywell inventory initiatives, including all OverMax activities – closely managed material inputs.
• Led deep-dive to determine root cause of IRA (inventory recording accuracy) issues, resulting in a substantial site IRA improvement (40% to 85%).
• Developed a system to track demand forecast accuracy, and improved existing (created as intern) inventory entitlement model to include all site inventory.
• Development and continuous improvement of site SIOP process and format.
