Thomas became a member of the Bartec Municipal Technologies journey in August 2023. He has an operational management background, previously working as an apprentice for two years as part of the street scene management team on the Sheffield Highways ‘Streets Ahead’ PFI Contract in partnership with Sheffield City Council, worth £2bn. He has made significant improvements to numerous processes across the business, alongside being involved directly in sales, taking great pleasure in communicating with clients and prospects, participating in events, and focusing on the continuous development and sales of one of our latest products, Bintuition. In September 2024, Thomas will start his 3-year apprenticeship course at Leeds Trinity University, studying Business-to-Business Sales, where he will continue to advance his personal and professional development. He is an extremely personable and ambitious young man who, justifiably, has a self-confident belief in his abilities in all that he does. He has a tremendous work ethic that allows him to contribute at all levels of the business spectrum and he does so with complete confidence, and to his credit, possesses a strong business acumen. Being a Duke of Edinburgh Gold Awardee and amateur boxer, Thomas has learned to appreciate his time in the outdoors where he enjoys walking and running through the countryside, alongside his Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Tyson and Cockapoo, Teddy.
