• Led the efforts for a successful sale of a $220 million global Private Equity portfolio company.
• Organized the company’s internal data room.
• Conducted an internal due diligence process.
• Led the due diligence response process in conjunction with the company’s investment bankers and attorneys.
• Advised on points of negotiation related to the Agreement and Plan of Merger.

Parsippany, NJ

• NRT acquired more than 325 companies during this period. These companies had a range of revenue from $100,000 to over $200 million and purchase prices ranging from $50,000 to over $225 million.
• Oversaw post-acquisition accounting integration and operations integration for each acquired company.
• Responsible for NRT Incorporated’s residential real estate brokerage industry consolidation program, including:
• The targeting of companies.
• Transaction analysis.
• Performed and supervised all levels of due diligence for all transactions.

Manhattan

• The Sunshine Group is a recognized leader in the planning, design, marketing, and sale of new luxury real estate development.
• Responsible for all accounting and finance functions, including general ledger accounting, billing, accounts receivable, purchasing, accounts payable, financial planning and reporting, and integration with the parent.
• Responsible for HR and IT functions, including staffing, compensation and websites.
• Hired and developed new sales talent for high-end NYC luxury condominiums.
• Negotiated and signed client contractors with real estate developers.

• Responsible for acquiring for acquiring and creating the Real Estate Services Division (which ultimately became Realogy) by acquiring the Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and ERA Franchise systems from 1994 to 1996.
• Acquired and integrated Coldwell Banker's 400+ owned brokerage offices.
• Acquired various title agencies and title insurers to form the settlement services division.
• Prepared long-term financial and strategic plans and budgets.
