I was a freelance programmer for a couple of years at the end of my first degree program, during which I programmed applications for businesses using Visual Basic .NET. Since I have been interested in video games since I was very young, I went back to school for Game Software Development. Through my education I developed a 2D gaming engine with which I programmed my senior project, as well as several other design documents, UML programs, AI demonstrations (including a close to perfect Pac-Man clone), the beginning workings of a C++ compiler, and one group project that included a cross-platform game (a brick-breaker game) that worked on Linux and Windows platforms.My goal is to be a games designer or producer. I'd love to have my hands in all aspects of game development, as I am passionate about every aspect of game development - design, programming, artwork and sound.Specialties: I am extremely versatile. I am knowledgeable about every aspect of game development. I can work engineering/programming and testing, I can develop artwork, I can compose and engineer music, and I am an excellent voice actor/impressionist. I excel as a communicator, performer and public speaker, and I can educate or instruct as well.
