Self-motivated Network Field Engineer with over 20 years of experience in Microsoft Desktop and Server based Operating Systems, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, and Active Directory on Commercial and Military Enterprise Level Networks. Responsible for leading a team of Field Engineers and SME's to implement, secure, maintain and troubleshoot innovative technologies in hardware and software while supporting a diverse environment of over 3000 desktops, laptops and network peripherals. As a team we help ensure aircraft availability requirements for the Fort Rucker Army Aviation Training Center are met on a daily basis, by keeping all Information Technology Systems fully functional and DoD compliant.Government liaison appointed to ensure that all policies, procedures and documentation concurs with AR25-1, AR25-2 and DoD 8570 guidelines before being submitted for Government approval. In such capacity have been appointed as Information Assurance Security Officer (IASO) to authorize and sign Department of Defense forms and Ft. Rucker Network account requests for the Contractor, before being sent to Ft. Rucker Information Assurance Managers for final approval.Support connectivity, hardware and application issues within the ULLS-A(E), ACN (Aircraft Computer Notebook), ARTS, CAFRS and ESOH-MIS programs used by the Contractor on the Commercial and Military Networks. These applications directly support the Army Aviation Training Program and ensure safe, flyable aircraft are delivered to the customer on a daily basis.
