Logistics Supervisor
CurrentSupervisor of 25 supply personnel and 2 logistics supervisors. Responsible for all reporting requirements and all logistics operations at CPM Hanchey. Responsible for 7,000 lines of stock, four PLL locations, three tool rooms, and 10 bench stock locations. Meets with program manager, ACLC, maintenance supervisors, quality, records, and production personnel to ensure we meet the logistics needs of the customer (U.S. Army Aviation Center of Excellence). Leads team of supply personnel to successfully analyze, order, track, receive, and issue shop stock (PLL) aircraft parts, bench stock, HAZMAT, and consumables. Accesses government network (.mil) and utilizes contractor portal as tools to track all classes of supply within G-Army and DLA. Subject matter expert for Aircraft Notebook (A.C.N.). Supplies all needed equipment, tools, and parts to maintenance crews for two separate aircraft classes (UH-60 and AH-64) during phase operations. Identifies critical items and issues target report daily. Coordinates critical parts acquisition with ACLC personnel. Responsible for zero balance, excess, recon, and unscheduled reporting requirements. Audits TMDE program and ensures compliance with army regulations, maintains records. Oversees completion of ZOAREP (recoverable items tracking) and ensures return of all government funded equipment. Analyzes demand to determine shop stock (PLL) and bench stock levels. Uses FEDLOG to determine part suitability for phase maintenance applications. Developed requirements for phase maintenance (H.U.P.P. Kits). Ensures compliance with HAZMAT local guidelines and Army regulations. Assigns and issues all tool kits and consumable items required for UH-60 and AH-64 phase and unscheduled maintenance. Serves as the COMSEC officer for the contracting office, controls all serialized COMSEC movement to and from the air-frame.
