CurrentSenior lead Manager for the Archtics Engineering Operations team for ensure all Archtics System Operations support the 640+ Archtics clients on a daily basis. Discuss metrics and objectives with key stakeholders to all Archtics Support, Clients and Teams. Currently managing a team across North America and India to aid in operational and on-call support for regions in EU/NA/AU/NZ/ with maintina availability for Windows VMs to manage 8000 average users daily. Assisted in leading the TM Core Platform Automation team towards an SRE team transformation over 2020 -2021. During the Covid19 Pandemic inherited the Archtics Engineering Operations team to aid in the impact of the pandemic to the TM Teams. In 2021 promoted to Senior Manager for the Archtics SRE and Operations teams in combining efforts to automate Toil, improve deployment pipelines, enhance tooling and monitoring as well as assist in daily operations of the 600+ Archtics Clients. Duties include analyzing Metrics to focus on Mean Time To Recovery for all Major Incidents, contribute to Compliance Audits and lead the team to reach system level objectives while working in a Kanban/Agile methodology.
