CMW Consulting, LLC is a defense and aerospace consulting company helping companies understand the Federal market place including the requirements, budgets, technology insertion and how to interpret the language of DOD. A particular area of expertise is Mergers and Acquisition Support. CMW has supported M&A transactions from tens of millions to hundreds of millions of dollars through a process of evaluating contracts and Federal budgets and combining that with an intimate understanding of future DOD objectives.

I have supported several programmatic due diligence projects in the IC arena for about $1.0B in mergers and acquisitions. Additionally, have worked on the Navy and energy teams within TSG.

ATSC is a small business that is deeply involved with Foreign Military Sales particularly in the Middle East. Programs include Integrated Logistics Support, physical construction, upgrade and maintenance of military hardware and various other services associated with FMS.
