Manage projects across the Key Corporation footprint and outside vendors. Project management interaction with Officers, Managers and Staff within KeyBanc Capital Markets, Victory, KTO, Enterprise Architecture, Legal, Marketing, Compliance, Risc Management, and outside vendors, such as Broadridge, Xtiva, Moody’s, UBS, and Thompson Financial.• Regulatory compliance projects include ensuring requirements are met for requests for information, database development, and implementation within regulatory deadlines to avoid risks or penalties• Compliance projects are analyzed to identify and resolve complex issues based on in-depth knowledge of banking system and regulatory requirements• Conversions projects from Key specific applications to outside vendors for Key products are reviewed for resources, requirements, and timeframe for testing, branch training, implementation and documentation. Reduction of staff in comparison to new technology is evaluated to determine potential cost savings • Oversee various staff members on each project for: coordination of departmental responsibilities, review of documentation, evaluation of tasks/action item monitoring, and compliance of regulatory deadlines • Conduct daily/weekly project meetings, review milestones for project events and manage numerous projects on a yearly basis
