Principal owner of this Medical Equipment Sales and Rental Company. Company established to contract with Thomas Medcial Sales and Service then RecoverCare, LLC for Medical Equipment oversight. As direct rep for RecoverCare, LLC, responsible for overall customer satisfaction. Duties included, but not limited to key account management for The Johns Hopkins Health System (7 Hospitals) and The University of Maryland Medical Systems (12 Hospitals). Also, protecting existing business in all existing accounts, expansion of other lines in these accounts as well as growth (New Business Development) to new acute care and long-term care accounts. Other activities to include in-servicing on items/services sold, networking, relationship building, coordination of operational activities and maintaining various sales channel database.

Equity partnership position with responsibility for the development and management of all corporate accounting, finance, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning and IS technology for this Medical Equipment Sales and Rental Business. Assisted in the successful sale to RecoverCare, LLC in Oct. 2007. Continued, post-sale, as a consultant/sales representative with RecoverCare until June 2012 at which time transition to Direct Rep.Concurrently responsible for managing daily operations of the warehouse responsible for the inventory, delivery, repair, cleaning, and maintenance of the medical equipment to various hospitals under contract. Played a key role in the recruitment, screening, training and placement of rental equipment delivery drivers.

Equity partnership position responsible for the development and management of all corporate accounting, finance, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, tax planning and IS technology for a rapid-growth franchise operation involved in income tax preparation services. Established all financial reporting systems, standards and methods of accountability, and hold a highly visible role in the enforcement of those systems in over 12 "retail" units.Concurrently responsible for managing daily operations in up to eight of the 12 (three year-round and five tax-season) office sites, and the direct supervision of the site managers. Play a key role in the recruitment, screening, training and placement of over 250 seasonally-hired tax preparers. Directly responsible for the implementation, oversight and enforcement of all policies/procedures related to the preparation and filing of tax returns to meet IRS guidelines.
