I am a highly motivated and hardworking individual who received consistently high grades in my GCSEs and A-Levels. I currently work in the technology industry, building upon a keen interest that I have had since I was a child - for as long as I can remember I have always been the one called upon to resolve tech-related issues in my family, and among friends.Towards the end of 2021, I graduated from an IT Technician Traineeship that specialised in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. This consisted of a series of courses from CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco, practical work and official certifications.I am a perfectionist in the sense that any challenge given to me, will be tackled to the best of my ability. I look forward to seeing what I can accomplish with a rewarding and challenging career in the IT industry.
