-Manage the whole commissioning process for BFI NETWORK in the South East assessing over 300 scripts and pitches each year and responding to all submissions. -Shortlist and commission up to 20 film projects each year selecting diverse content across narrative fiction and animation. -Executive Producer on all BFI NETWORK South East films and treatments. Overseeing all creative aspects including script editing, development, casting, production and postproduction. -Lead on the development and implement the BFI NETWORK new and emerging talent strategy for the South East.-Seek out and manage relationships with a wide range of new and emerging talent offering regular 121 slots and establishing development programmes which receive over 300 applications per year.-Script reader for the main BFI Film Fund team.https://network.bfi.org.uk

-Led STOP PLAY RECORD, a London wide production network, managing 5 additional production partners including DAZED.-Development Executive and Executive Producer on 72 short films made by filmmakers aged 16-24. Supporting and mentoring the talent, offering creative input across development, casting, production and postproduction. Providing script notes on all 72 films throughout the production process. Ensured all films were delivered to Channel 4 meeting compliance and broadcast standards.-98% of the completed films were selected for broadcast on the Channel 4 Random Acts series or published on randomacts.channel4.com, making the London strand the most successful of five production networks across England. -Managed the whole commissioning process and commissioned films across a variety of genres and styles including documentary, animation, artist film, dance and drama.-Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing new talent and set up a talent strategy providing regular events, 121s and activity to support their development.-Managed a production budget of 300,000 across all 72 productions. Reporting into the Director of BBC Arts and the BBC Creative Director I worked on Imagine (BBC 1) and within the Arts Development Team. I was part of a team responsible for developing arts treatments for commissioning and developing ideas across all BBC platforms. I worked on all areas of production (in house and on location) including post production and delivery.
