Used MS Visio and AutoCAD to create drawings for training, lecture, and documentation. Setup system lab trials with SONET/SDH test equipment, networked IT facilities for remote terminals, and computer interface equipment for customer demonstrations and failure analysis. When funding diminished for R&D in fall of 2000, I was moved into the ITAS group to provide 24x7 phone support for clients conducting procedure upgrades. Laid off in Telecom bubble burst of 2001.
