Coordinates between the client, Candidate and Senior Recruiting team to schedule candidate interviews, follow-up sessions, and assisting candidates through the offer and onboarding process on behalf of the client. Utilizes multiple ATS, scheduling and tele-conferencing platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Zoom and Skype. Provides any preparatory materials the candidate might need prior to their interview, such as testing instructions or assignments. Conducts interviews on an as needed basis, and develops SOPs and training for the client on new processes within their ATS or new communication channels. Acts as primary point of contact for the candidates and client, delivering instructions or updates as instructed. Acts as a buffer between the client and candidate with questions, and helps to prepare candidates for their interview as needed. Worked with both executive level candidates, and non-exempt, high volume candidates. Manages multiple clients and their needs simultaneously.
