I have over 15 years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating human capital systems across a variety of public and private sector organizations. The best part of being an I/O psychologist - our foundation in research and the breadth of our training. I think this is pretty rare, but exactly the reason I chose this field and what makes this profession truly interesting! My personal experience includes working in the areas of leadership assessment and development, coaching, high potential identification, competency modeling, workforce assessment, career pathing, custom training development and facilitation, and curricula/training program evaluation and planning. Select examples of my work and interests have been presented in technical reports, presentations, and at national conferences.I welcome networking opportunities to explore industry challenges and learn tips on best practices in the field!
