- Monitor all activity Regading to Contract, Supervisor Customer iquiry related to Real Estate Transaction Contract.- Building Sales Purchasing Contract, The Agreement, Apendix and guiding team Contract follow up.- Traning and manage The Contract team explains/ reslove the prolem/ clients requirement regarding to the content Real Estate transaction.- Identify information, coordinate with others department (CSD, BAM, FCD, CLD, PMD) to handle new issued.- Support the Subordinate to avoid late payment, overdue. Customer notice to make sure customer paying on time.Othes task asigned by Manager of After Sales Service.- Perform manage SPA Apartment, Villa and The Agreement/Appendix amendment.Perform control 100% SPA as well as Loan Contract, Bank Loan documents.- Updating new forms, policy related Document Liquidation, Transfer and Co-owner
