*1st Rotation at Secured Lending Product Center:- Lead & coordinate in digitalization projects for secured car loan product including:• Project Auto App reducing 85% TAT of data entry and saving 20% operating cost for car loan product.• Project Race App through which customers can receive loan approval automatically within 5 mins.- Develop policy and interest rate package for car loan product.- Provide weekly business performance tracking reports to push sales and monthly report for BOM meeting.*2nd Rotation at Business Planning & Analysis Department:• Business planning & budgetting for RB business units• Build up RB monthly productivity report and provide analysis on improving productivity for salesforce• Coordinate in productivity standardization project for salesforce• Do other ad-hoc analysis reports as per requests of RB Head

- Conduct account opening process and support in building relationship with large corporate clients (including FPT, Petrolimex, Hoa Phat,…)- Monitor credit quality of business portfolio by analyzing financial statements and evaluating loan documents- Manage communication and counseling for customers in initiating loan disbursement/credit approval requests- Assist in daily account maintenance activities

- Perform in-depth researches and financial modelling on stocks as per senior analyst's guidance - Gather corporate/sector/economic data to build up analysis database- Assist in preparing Daily market reports for institutional clients- Prepare weekly Bond & money market reports- Translate valuation reports and other documents into Vietnamese and vice versa
