Main Duties:  Handling Vineyard Vines and Ann Taylor account: Ann Taylor buyer : Gained $ 25 M / year ( ~ 3 million garment/ year) o Weekly report to Head Quarter current production statuso Have been Weekly travelling to Factory in Northern to report actual status and issue in 3 months pasto Weekly visit Factory in HCM city to get actual status,o Call out potential issue to Head Quarter regarding late delivery or shortage shipment,o Communicate with factory and local QC to make sure good will be shipped out on time and reach buyer standard,o Call out to HQ if there is discrepancy between factory and buyer information,o Provide Order Recap bi weekly to local QC,  Vineyards Vine buyer: Gained $2M / year ( ~ 250.000 Pieces of garment/year)o Communicate with HQ to get order confirmation timely basis and dealing with factories regarding costing and TNA to catch buyer target, ensure shipment will be shipped on time and reach buyer standard, identified factories capacity and capabilities according to customer forecasted demand.o Ensure that orders are confirmed and tracked in accordance with buyer standardo Cooperate with Technical team and factories to ensure smooth and timely transitions from development to production start to shipmento Manage all special programs such as Continuous Replenishment to ensure that orders and forecasts are passed to T1 on a timely basis.o Manage the day-to-day production tracking, including fabric status, track production performance and proactively address potential delivery problems with HQ and factory ,o Weekly report to HQ actual status to ensure production is on track and timely basis

Working in Foreign Company, produce denim and non denim, Fashion clothes for buyer such as: El Corte Ingles, IDG International , NEXT, FASHION DEPOT, LONDON FOG,…etc Export to US, UK, Hong Kong, Thailand, Spanish , Mexico,…. etc.• Main Duties are: • Direct communication with buyer including costing preparation for FOB price, confirmation of shipment dates and approval request• Dealing with suppliers to get best price for trim, fabric• Sourcing local trim suppliers, send layout requests to buyer approval before booking the bulk.• Fabric booking upon received the Purchase Order Sheets from buyer as well as Monitoring of fabric and trims estimated time of arrival to avoid delay in production.• Pushing supplier L/D and S/O for buyer approve• Follow up with factory for payment and Shipping docs • Communicate with factory and Buyer, advice and cooperate with factories on all sample request and requirements of buyer.• Coordinate with factory production planning• Prepare sample garment for testing.• Check all samples (Fit, PP, Size set, Shade band, Top. Etc..) Receive from factory before sending to buyer for verification of correct construction, trims and washing standard.• Preparing approved trim card for quality control and factory reference• Tracking of daily production status to ensure factory can meet shipment date.• Coordinate and assist factories in solving production problem such as: Fabric consumption, Fabric and trims defect, etc..• Advise factory correct packing instruction after receiving confirmation from buyer.Moreover, developing new collection for next season to offer all buyers, and working same as the job of an assistant for the director to do the following: • Develop sample following the tech pack from buyer• Design new sample accordance with the requirements and styling for per brands and per season.• Develop or source new fabric required from buyer.• Dealing, arrange and handle meeting directly with fabric, trim supplier
